Art Club Policies

Art classes, camps and events at Art Club are so much fun! We want to make sure everyone who participates ta Art Club has the best experience possible and to do that, we want to make sure you're aware of our expectations and protocol.

Please read the policies related to your booking carefully.

Class & Camp Policies
By enrolling your child in classes or camp with Art Club, you agree to the following:

Covid-19 Policies:


In our outdoor locations, masks are encouraged but not mandatory, and in our indoor locations, masks are mandatory. For the weekly Art Show during camp, masks are mandatory for all attendees.

Maximum 16 campers & 4 counsellors.

Drop-off & Pickup
Check-in, drop-off and pick up will be at the front door. 


General Camp Policies:

Camp enrolment is non-transferrable
Camp spots may not be given or transferred to another child, including siblings

Camp hours

Camp hours are 10:30am-2:30pm. Any late pick-ups after 2:30pm are subject to late fees.

Art Club is nut free

When packing your child's snack and lunch, please NO peanuts, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts (Nutella), cashews, pistachios ,brazil nuts or nuts of any kind. This includes nut butters and nut milks.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at the time of enrolment, which includes a nonrefundable deposit for your camp. Nonrefundable deposits are $1200 MXN. All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp start date are eligible to receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp's start date are nonrefundable. 
If you need to cancel your spot, please get in contact. It may be possible to transfer to another week of activities instead. Email Joanna at

General Art Club Policies

By enrolling into a class, camp or event with Art club, you agree to the following:

Kindness & Respect
Our goal is to foster a positive learning environment filled with creativity and acceptance for both our students and parents. You and your child agree to treat all participants with kindness and respect. 
If a student is consistently not following directions, being disruptive and doing things that could cause harm to themselves or other children, Art Club reserves the right to remove them from the class. In this instance,  you may be required to retrieve your child from Art Camp before the end of the scheduled day, and payments will not be refunded.

Sometimes we get messy
We love to have fun and get messy! You will ensure your child is properly dressed for Art Club - that means wearing clothing that is ok to get dirty.

We respect our materials
We use a range of materials to give children a wide creative and sensory art experience, including but not limited to: paint, slime, glue, chalk, glue guns, hammers, nails and other sharp objects. While we do our best to monitor every child's use of these materials, accidents may occur from time to time due to the inherent risk in using these materials. You understand that these materials are not meant for consumption and will instruct your child not to consume any materials and to always conduct themselves in a safe manner.

Safety first

The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. We have access to a climbing frame in the Roma garden. You will ensure your child wears appropriate footwear (no crocs or sandals) and your child agrees to not put themselves or others at risk while playing or taking part in workshops.

Permission to share

We love promoting process-based art and sharing it with others. We may take photographs, video and/or audio during our classes to post on our social media. You grant us permission to use your child's image, without any restriction and waive your right to inspect or approve the media.

Permission to participate

You give your permission for your child to participate in Art Club programs. You release and hold Art Club harmless from any and all liability that may arise in connection with the studio's art programs.
